In this regard, Colombian journalist Celia Mendoza reported, through her account on the social network Twitter, that President Fonseca arrived at the United Nations accompanied by his entourage to participate this afternoon in the 76th UN General Assembly, after Venezuela’s intervention.

It should be noted that the President of Cape Verde, Jorge Fonseca, is strongly criticized by the international community and organizations due to the kidnapping of the Venezuelan ambassador for more than a year.

Likewise, the Venezuelan government recently announced the incorporation of Alex Saab to the dialogue sessions held in Mexico with the Venezuelan opposition, the central point of which is the lifting of the criminal economic blockade of the United States against Venezuela, whose pressures have been extended to the authorities of the South American country.
